Bill Fulkerson has been a resident of Lakeland, FL, since 1989 and founded Bill’s Painting in 1992. Bill grew up in Houston, TX learning the painting and home repair trade from his Grandfather. He moved to FL to marry his first love, a native Floridian and was hired by a construction company building Publix Supermarkets throughout the state of FL. In 1992 he founded Bill’s Painting.

He is still married to his first love for 25 years; they have two sons, with his eldest son working in the trade & family company side by side, just as Bill did with his Grandfather. Bill oversees EVERY job in-person & delivers every quote directly!
